Description

Technical directors realise the artistic visions of the creators within technical constraints. They coordinate the operations of various production units, such as scene, wardrobe, sound and lighting, and make-up. They adapt the prototype and study the feasibility, implementation, operation and technical monitoring of the artistic project. They are also responsible for the stage equipment and technical equipment.

The Skill Hub Portal is the fastest way to find out what job roles and skills are currently trending in industries based on input from working groups and projects across Europe.

It provides an additional layer of industry-specific job roles and skills to European-wide databases such as ESCO. In other words, it serves as a digital version of the competence matrix for specific industries, such as automotive, semiconductors, or chemicals. The goal is to become a reference definition resource that can be mapped or recognized at the stakeholder level. It also forms the foundation for micro-credentials issued through the Skills Hub courses.

Whether you're a Company seeking trending courses for employees, an individual aiming to embark on a new learning journey, an education or training provider searching for job role-based curricula, or a regional/national representative seeking strategies, you can easily get started by using the 3 three filters on the left.

The filters allow you to search the Skills Hub layer and ESCO in parallel, or individually. They enable searching for job roles and skills based on their relevance to sector-influencing trends. Note that while inputs from working groups are regularly updated in ESCO, the Skills Hub layer offers highly specific job roles and skills that are relevant to the industry sector that have not been included in ESCO.
