Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the Skills Hub website, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", is provided by VSB-TUO in collaboration with the Automotive Skills Alliance.
By proceeding beyond this page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that you will comply with them when using the Website.
Changes to the Website
The User acknowledges and accepts that the Skills Hub may, from time to time, alter any aspect of the Website or any services or products provided through the Website as it deems appropriate and without prior notice.
The User agrees that no claim for breach of contract or otherwise shall arise in respect of any such alteration.
User Conduct
The User warrants that in using the Website they shall:
- Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit, the use and enjoyment of the Website by any third party.
- Not engage in any conduct that is unlawful or which may harass, cause distress, or inconvenience any person.
- Not upload, post, transmit or distribute any material or information for which the User does not own the intellectual property rights, or any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Not upload, post, transmit or distribute any material or information that contains a computer virus or any other code, files or programs intended to disrupt or adversely affect the operation of the Website or other users' computer systems.

The contents of the Website (the "Contents") are provided for general information, background reference and guidance purposes only.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the Skills Hub, its officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from downloading, accessing, relying upon or using any of the Contents available through the Website.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Skills Hub excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and representations, whether express or implied, relating to the Contents, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Downtime
The User acknowledges and accepts that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and may require occasional periods of downtime for repair, maintenance and upgrades.
Accordingly, the Skills Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website but will make reasonable efforts to minimise periods during which the Website is unavailable.
The User accepts that no claim for breach of contract or otherwise shall arise in relation to any such period of unavailability.

The Website and its Contents may contain links to third-party websites and services.
Such links are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute authorisation to access those websites or endorsement of their content, products or services by the Skills Hub.
The Skills Hub shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from the use of third-party websites or services.
Trade Marks
The names, logos and identifying marks of the Website, the Skills Hub and its products and services are proprietary trademarks of the Skills Hub and its respective partners.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants the User any licence or right to use any trademark, logo or other intellectual property belonging to the Skills Hub.
Termination
The Skills Hub reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or refuse access to the Website by any party at any time.
General
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
The rights of the Skills Hub and the User under these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and may be exercised as often as necessary. Any waiver of a right must be made in writing. Delay or failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
We may amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
Non-Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the Contents of the Website and should immediately cease using the Website.
